Janet brings to her clients the benefit of more than 30 years of experience, skill, knowledge and the passion of helping clients realize their Real Estate goals. 

A native of South Jersey, Janet relocated to Florida and attended Miami Dade College where she received a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Interior Design. After graduating from college she began a real estate career in New Home Sales which gave her the opportunity to guide customers through all phases of the home ownership and building processes. Her passion led to a successful career in New Home Sales and Management earning numerous prestigious awards. Among them the highly coveted Prism Gold Award for “Sales Manager of the Year” - DiVosta Homes- 2002. Janet worked for Pulte Homes/DiVosta homes for more than 20 years where she excelled in various management sales positions. 

Her real estate career began in Miami (included Coral Gables) and expanded to Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, St. Lucie West and Sarasota markets.

Whether assisting a first time buyer, luxury buyer or anyone in between, Janet respects the fact that a home investment plays a significant role in one’s financial and emotional life. To best assist clients, she relies on her experience, ability to understand and adapt to changes in the market and her ability to listen and understand her client’s specific needs. Janet uses her skill and dedication to make the journey seamless and enjoyable for her clients and associates.

This dedication also has made her an industry leader among her peers with a proven track record as a multi-million dollar producer year after year throughout her career. Most recently, nearly 16 million in Sales Volume for Sandhill Preserve within the first 6 months of 2014.

After leaving DiVosta/Pulte Homes Janet joined Re/Max Alliance Group and utilized her  “hands on experience” and extensive training to assist Home Buyers & Sellers. Her new home sales and construction expertise proves to be an asset for Home Buyers especially those who choose new construction.   She became Certified in Residential Construction, earned the designation of New Home Sales Specialist and is a recent graduate of the Brian Buffini Peak Producer program.  In her first Year with Re/Max she became a member of Re/Max’s Gold Club.

Janet is also the one to rely on when selling your home.   She unleashes her marketing and sales ability to provide a personalized and up-to -date marketing approach to listing property; using direct marketing, online marketing, social media marketing and networking strategies to deliver amazing results.    Anyone who knows or has worked with Janet will attest to her strong work ethic, willingness to satisfy and her commitment to excellence.   

Janet calls Sarasota home and when she is not working she also enjoys spending time with friends, family & her two dogs as well as walking the beach, biking, jogging, kayaking, boating, theater, cooking, and dancing. Giving back to the community is her way of giving “thanks” and showing support to such Organizations as Humane Society, Make-A-Wish, Children’s Miracle Network.
